Falls Baptist Academy is a Christ-centered, classical Christian school for grades K–12. Yet it is more than a school, more than a place. It is a calling to raise up young men and women who are skillful in wisdom, excellent in spirit, and serving the Lord.

Falls Baptist Academy, founded in 1984 as a ministry of Falls Baptist Church, strives to produce young people who know and love Jesus Christ, and, through a well-developed process, transform them into Spirit-filled leaders serving the next generation. As students gain valuable mastery of knowledge, skills, and tools of learning, they find a deep purpose in their calling in Christ and confidently engage the world with truth. Our vision is that each child, trained in wisdom, “will shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.” Daniel 12:3

The most remarkable and distinctive aspect of Christ-centered classical schools is that they treat academic excellence, spiritual formation, and Christlike character as inseparable. The daily work of learning, living, and leading is beautifully woven together.

A History of Faithfulness

Falls Baptist Academy first opened its doors in 1984 as a ministry of Falls Baptist Church, with a singular calling to raise up young men and women who know and love Jesus Christ, and who will, in their own time, pass that knowledge and wisdom on to the generation after them. Forty years later, that foundation remains firmly rooted in the Living Word of God, and we welcome families from Falls Baptist Church and like-minded local churches who share that calling. In our community, you grow as a Spirit-filled leader and Christlike servant, finding your God-given purpose and the conviction to make an eternal difference in the world.

Our teachers are not just educators; they are life mentors who have chosen to immerse themselves in the formation of every student. Because our teachers are apart of Falls Baptist Church, they walk alongside families inside the life of the local church. Every member of our faculty is internationally certified by the Feuerstein Institute in the art of mediated learning. They are trained to see each child's unique mind, to walk patiently alongside their growth, and to be present for every pivotal moment. Their dedication reaches far beyond the classroom, shaping every life towards a Spirit-filled, wise, and Christlike young leader.

Our Values: The Portrait of a Graduate

Drawn from Daniel 12:3, the Portrait of a FBA Graduate describes the young person we pray each student will become: an eager student, a life-long learner, a skilled laborer, an articulate defender of truth, a life-giving leader, and a Christlike servant. Each trait is rooted in Scripture and embodied in the lives of Samuel, Timothy, Nehemiah, Paul, Barnabas, and Elisha. Together, they form the image of a young man or woman prepared not merely for college or career, but to shine as the stars and turn many to righteousness.

Falls Baptist Academy is not a school that happens to have a church nearby. Rather it is, by design, a ministry of Falls Baptist Church. It was founded in 1984 to serve the families of our congregation and like-minded local churches in their God-given calling to raise the next generation. This connection shapes everything we do. Teachers and students worship together on Sunday and learn together on Monday. Parents, pastors, and faculty share a single vision for the spiritual formation of every child. And the rhythms of school life are woven into the rhythms of the church, so that the truth a student hears in the classroom is the same truth he hears from the pulpit, sings in the choir, and sees lived out in the everyday faithfulness of the adults around him.
